- People who have another type of cancer, or who have active or chronic infections such as HIV, Hepatitis C, or syphilis
- People who have serious ongoing illnesses — such as severe conditions affecting the respiratory, circulatory, neurological, psychiatric, digestive, hormonal, immune, or urinary systems — that the trial doctor believes could interfere with treatment or results
- People who have medical reasons that make radiotherapy unsafe for them (confirm with trial site)
- People who are unable to provide written consent or who are unlikely to be able to follow the treatment plan consistently
