Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 65 and 85 years old (male or female)
- You have been diagnosed with a late-onset psychotic disorder, specifically either "very late-onset schizophrenia-like psychosis" or "delusional disorder" (confirm with trial site)
- You have a caregiver who can provide information about your history and take part in some assessments
- You have scored 0 or 0.5 on a standard memory and thinking assessment called the Clinical Dementia Rating scale (confirm with trial site)

- Your memory function is within a normal range based on a standard memory test, adjusted for your level of education

- You have certain other mental health or medical conditions, including bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, active major depression, insulin-dependent type 2 diabetes, a history of heart or cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, a serious brain injury with more than 15 minutes of unconsciousness, Parkinson's disease or other movement disorders, stroke, an autoimmune disease affecting the brain or nervous system, a substance use disorder, or current delirium (confirm with trial site)
- You have a significant neurological condition identified by a doctor
- You score above 4 on a scale used to assess blood flow-related brain changes (confirm with trial site)
- You have had issues with alcohol or drug dependency in the last 5 years
- You have metal implants in your body, such as a pacemaker, ear implants, or bullet/shrapnel fragments
- You are unable to lie flat for approximately one hour
- You are unable to hear the required sound frequencies in both ears during a hearing test, even with hearing aids
