Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are female and your menopausal status is known (either pre-, peri-, or postmenopausal)

  • You have a current or past history of another cancer, unless it was certain skin cancers or early-stage cervical changes that were fully treated and cured
  • You have a significant heart condition, such as uncontrolled chest pain, serious irregular heartbeat, heart failure, previous heart attack, or very high blood pressure that is not controlled
  • You have a known allergy to any of the medicines used in this trial
  • You are unable or unwilling to swallow tablets
  • You have a history of a stomach or bowel condition where diarrhoea is a main symptom
