Who might be able to join this trial:

• People whose surgery showed that cancer cells were found right at the edge of the removed tissue, meaning the surgeon could not get a clear margin around the tumour
• People who need radiation therapy targeted specifically at a lymph node or lymph nodes
• People who have previously had radiation therapy to the chest area or the armpit area on the same side, including previous radiation to the other breast or chest wall
• People who need radiation therapy on both sides of the chest
• People who have had breast reconstruction surgery or have a tissue expander in place
• People who are considered unlikely to follow the study requirements, such as those unable or unwilling to complete questionnaires at various points throughout the trial
