Who might be able to join this trial:

• Men aged 18 to 75 years old
• People whose prostate cancer has been confirmed by a tissue biopsy to be a specific type called adenocarcinoma

• People whose surgeon considers the cancer cannot be surgically removed
• People whose life expectancy is estimated to be less than 2 years
• People who currently have active spinal cord compression
• People who have previously had local treatment for prostate cancer
• People who have difficulty swallowing, ongoing diarrhea, a bowel obstruction, or other conditions that may affect the ability to take or absorb medication
• People who are unwilling to sign the required consent forms
• People whom the trial investigator considers unsuitable for the trial for any reason (confirm with trial site)
