Who might be able to join this trial:
For patients:
- People who have given written and oral consent to take part in the relevant parts of this study
- People who are 18 years of age or older at the time of joining
- People who have been diagnosed with a type of large B-cell lymphoma (a blood cancer called LDBCL)
- People for whom doctors have decided that a specific type of immune cell therapy (called anti-CD19 CAR-T cell treatment) is the right treatment plan
- People who are covered by a social security or health insurance scheme (confirm with trial site)
For healthy volunteers:
- People who have given oral consent to take part in the relevant part of this study
- People who are between 18 and 70 years of age at the time of joining
- People with no history of any solid cancer or blood cancer
- People with no known ongoing health conditions (such as high blood pressure or diabetes) and who do not take any daily medications
- People who have not had any surgical procedure in the last 6 months
Who may not be able to join:
- People who do not meet all of the inclusion criteria listed above
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- People who, for personal, family, social, or geographical reasons, would not be able to attend the required visits or follow the study procedures
- People who are not able to give free and informed consent, or who are under legal guardianship or a similar legal protection arrangement
