Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 years or older
- People who have received a procedure to open blocked blood vessels in the brain (called endovascular therapy) within 24 hours of their stroke symptoms starting or when they were last known to be well
- People whose blood pressure has remained high (systolic reading of 150 mmHg or above, confirmed by two readings taken less than 10 minutes apart) within 3 hours of that procedure being completed
Who may not be able to join:
- People for whom blood pressure-lowering treatment is clearly not safe or suitable for medical reasons (confirm with trial site)
