Who might be able to join this trial:

  • Children and teenagers between 3 and 18 years old (boys and girls)
  • People diagnosed with relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoblastic lymphoma, where the disease has come back or has not responded to treatment, meeting at least one specific condition related to how the disease responded to previous chemotherapy, bone marrow transplant, or where the cancer has returned in the bone marrow, outside the bone marrow, or both
  • People with a performance/activity score (Lansky score) of 60 or above, meaning the person is able to carry out at least some normal activities
  • People whose cancer cells test positive for certain markers on the cell surface (CD19, CD20, or CD22) that the treatment targets
  • People expected to live for more than 3 months from the time of signing the consent form
  • People with a haemoglobin level of at least 70g/L (which may be achieved with a blood transfusion)
  • People whose heart, liver, kidney, and lung function meet the following standards: kidney function within an acceptable range, heart pumping function of at least 50%, blood oxygen level above 90%, and liver enzyme and bilirubin levels within acceptable ranges

Who may not be able to join:

  • People with severe heart failure or a heart pumping function below 50%
  • People with a history of severe lung function problems
  • People who also have another advanced or serious cancer
  • People with a serious infection that cannot be effectively treated or controlled
  • People with a serious autoimmune disease or a condition where the immune system does not work properly from birth
  • People with active hepatitis B or hepatitis C (detected through specific virus tests)
  • People with HIV infection, known AIDS, or syphilis
  • People with a history of severe allergic reactions to biological products, including certain antibiotics
  • People who have previously had a donor stem cell transplant and still have active graft-versus-host disease (a reaction where donor cells attack the body) one month after stopping immune-suppressing medications
  • People with other serious physical or mental health conditions, abnormal lab results, or anyone the trial doctors consider unsuitable for participation
