Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are the parent or legal guardian of a child aged 3 to 16 years old who has just been diagnosed with leukemia
- You are the parent or legal guardian of a child younger than 3 or older than 16 who has just been diagnosed with leukemia, AND that child has a sibling who is between 3 and 16 years old
- You are able to speak, read, and write in English or Spanish
- You are 18 years of age or older
- Your child was recently admitted to the Hematology Oncology unit at Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) for a new leukemia diagnosis
Who may not be able to join:
- Your school-aged child (aged 3 to 16) has developmental or learning delays, or has another ongoing long-term health condition
- Your school-aged child does not agree to take part in the study themselves
