Who might be able to join this trial:

For the person with prostate cancer:

• People who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer
• People who have started or are about to start prostate cancer treatment (not including active surveillance), either coming up or received within the last 2 years
• People who are able to name a caregiver who is also willing to take part in the trial
• People who are experiencing at least a moderate level of anxiety (as measured by a standard screening tool)
• People who are able to read English or French
• People who have access to the internet

For the caregiver:

• People who have been named by the prostate cancer patient as their main support person
• People who are the patient's spouse, partner, or other family member
• If the patient does not report moderate anxiety, the caregiver must report at least a moderate level of anxiety themselves
• People who are able to read English or French
• People who have access to the internet

Who may not be able to join:

• People (either the patient or the caregiver) who are currently staying in hospital as an inpatient
