Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are eligible to receive a stem cell transplant using your own stem cells (called an autologous stem cell transplant) with a specific preparation regimen called BEAM
• You are generally in good physical condition, as measured by standard performance scoring tools (confirm with trial site)
• Your organ function and blood test results are within acceptable ranges, checked within 14 days of signing up for the study
• If you carry the hepatitis B virus (HBsAg positive), you may still be eligible if you have been on hepatitis B antiviral treatment for at least 4 weeks and the virus is undetectable in your blood before joining
• If you have a history of hepatitis C infection, you may still be eligible if the hepatitis C virus is undetectable in your blood at the screening stage
• If you are living with HIV, you may still be eligible if your HIV is well-controlled with HIV medication

Who may not be able to join:

• You have previously had a moderate or severe immune system reaction to a type of cancer immunotherapy drug called a PD-1 inhibitor, which caused you to permanently stop taking it or require immune-suppressing medication
• You have had radiation therapy within the 2 weeks before starting the study, or are still experiencing side effects from radiation that require steroid treatment
• You have received a live or weakened-live vaccine within 30 days before your first dose of the study treatment (non-live/killed vaccines are allowed)
• You have received chemotherapy within 3 weeks before your first dose of the study treatment
• You have a known active disease affecting your brain or spinal cord
• You have a current or past autoimmune disease or similar condition that requires ongoing steroid or immune-suppressing medication — though some exceptions apply, such as vitiligo, thyroid conditions, Sjogren's syndrome, or well-controlled mild asthma (confirm with trial site if you have an autoimmune condition)
• You have previously received a transplant using someone else's tissue or a solid organ (such as a kidney or liver transplant)
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding, as the drugs used in this study carry known risks to an unborn baby; if you could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test within 14 days of registering for the study
