Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 to 80 years old.
- People who have been diagnosed with CLL (Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia) or SLL (Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma) confirmed through standard laboratory testing methods, meeting recognised international diagnostic guidelines.

- People who have previously received systemic treatment for this condition (emergency treatment to reduce white blood cell counts may be an exception — confirm with trial site).
- People who need ongoing steroid (glucocorticoid) medication, or who have taken steroids within the 5 days before joining.
- People who have previously had an allogeneic stem cell transplant (a transplant using cells from a donor).
- People who have had major surgery or a serious injury within 28 days before the first trial treatment, or who are expected to need planned surgery during the trial.
- People who currently have an active infection requiring antibiotic or antiviral treatment given through a drip (intravenously).
- People who have a current Hepatitis B or Hepatitis C virus infection.
- People with a history of immune system deficiency conditions or significant heart disease.
- People with serious disorders of the brain or nervous system, or severe bleeding disorders.
- People with alcohol or drug dependency.
- People with mental health conditions or who may have difficulty following the trial requirements.
