• People with a history of epilepsy, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (a lung condition), or sleep apnea
• People with unstable health conditions, those currently receiving therapy for their arms or hands, or those experiencing ongoing pain in muscles or joints
• People who are pregnant, as confirmed by a urine test
