Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People between 18 and 75 years of age
  • People who are generally well enough to carry out daily activities (a doctor will assess this using a standard scale called ECOG, and a score of less than 2 is required)
  • People who have been confirmed through a tissue test to have classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL)
  • People who have already received at least two different treatments for their cancer, and who were not suitable for a stem cell transplant or chose not to have one

  • People whose previous cancer treatment finished more than 4 weeks before joining the trial, and whose side effects from that treatment have largely resolved

  • People whose bone marrow, liver, kidneys, and heart are functioning well enough (a doctor will assess this through tests)

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who have previously been treated with the combination of Chidamide plus Decitabine and an anti-PD-1 drug, or with BV plus an anti-PD-1 drug
  • People who have an autoimmune disease or a history of a condition that requires ongoing steroid or immune-suppressing medications
  • People who have serious uncontrolled medical conditions or active infections, particularly infections in the lungs
  • People who currently have active bleeding in the digestive tract, or who have had digestive tract bleeding within the past month
  • People who have previously received a transplanted organ from another person
  • People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • People whose pregnancy test is positive at the time of enrolling in the trial or before receiving the trial treatment
  • People who are being held involuntarily for treatment of a psychiatric or physical illness
