Who might be able to join this trial:

• People with a general health and activity level rated between 0 and 2 on a standard medical scale (meaning able to carry out daily activities, with at most some limitation).
• People whose liver function test results are within acceptable ranges as defined by the trial.
• People whose kidneys are filtering at a sufficient level as measured by a standard test.
• People who are able and willing to provide informed consent to participate.

Who may not be able to join:
