Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • You have been diagnosed through surgery or biopsy with advanced (stage IIIC or IV) high-grade ovarian cancer, primary peritoneal cancer, or fallopian tube cancer
  • You are in generally good physical condition and able to carry out light activity (measured by a standard fitness scale called ECOG, scored 0 or 1)
  • You are willing to provide blood and tissue samples before, during, and after treatment for research purposes
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured by CT or MRI scan
  • Your doctors expect you to live for at least 3 months
  • A specialist has determined that complete surgical removal of your tumor is not possible, or that you are not well enough to safely have surgery (for example, due to older age, high body weight, multiple health conditions, poor nutrition, significant fluid buildup, or a recent blood clot)
  • Your blood counts, kidney, liver, lung, and heart function all meet certain minimum levels based on tests done within 7 days before starting treatment
  • You have not had a bowel blockage in the past 2 months
  • If you are of childbearing age, you are willing to use effective contraception during the trial
  • You are willing to sign a consent form and commit to attending follow-up appointments as required

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have taken part in another clinical trial involving drugs or cell-based immune therapy within the past 28 days
  • You have had another type of cancer in the past 5 years
  • You currently have an active illness, or have had a serious illness in the past 2 years, such as an active infection, high fever, severe heart failure, or significant mental health issues such as alcohol or drug dependency
  • You have a weakened immune system, including HIV, or any other inherited or acquired immune deficiency condition
  • You have had an organ transplant, are experiencing organ failure, or are taking long-term immune-suppressing medication
  • You have had a stroke, mini-stroke, deep vein blood clot, or a blood clot in the lungs within the past 6 months
  • You have a known allergy to any ingredient in the treatment used in this trial (called METR-NK), including human serum albumin
  • You are currently breastfeeding, or have a positive pregnancy test
  • You have a diagnosed mental health condition such as epilepsy, dementia, severe depression, or bipolar disorder
  • The trial doctors have determined for any other reason that the trial is not appropriate for you (confirm with trial site)
