Who may not be able to join:

  • People who are unable to answer survey questions on their own or with help from someone else, including through hand-controlled or eye-controlled devices, a tablet, or a phone call.

  • People for whom MRI or MEG brain scans are not considered safe, based on hospital guidelines (confirm with trial site).
  • People who have severe liver or kidney disease.
  • People who have a heart condition that is not well controlled.
  • People who are currently taking antidepressant or antipsychotic medication at the time of joining the trial.
  • People who have been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia.
