Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You have been formally diagnosed with plaque psoriasis by a qualified skin specialist (dermatologist)
  • You are currently being treated with one of these three medications — secukinumab, ixekizumab, or guselkumab — and have been taking it at the standard dose for at least 6 months
  • You are willing and able to sign a consent form before the study begins

Who may not be able to join:

  • You are taking one of these biologic medications mainly for a condition other than plaque psoriasis (for example, if your primary reason for the medication is rheumatoid arthritis)
  • You are currently taking immune-suppressing medications other than methotrexate or acitretin (for example, prednisone or cyclosporine)
  • You have a serious illness with a short life expectancy (for example, advanced cancer), or you have psoriatic arthritis that is currently not well controlled
  • You are not able to follow the steps and requirements of the study for any reason (confirm with trial site)
  • You are currently trying to become pregnant
