Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 50 years of age or older
- You have been diagnosed with peripheral artery disease (PAD), which is a condition where the arteries supplying blood to your legs are narrowed or blocked
- Your PAD has been confirmed by a specific blood pressure measurement in your ankle or toe, or by an imaging test showing a significant blockage in a leg artery
- You may also qualify if your ankle blood pressure reading is in a borderline range but drops significantly after a simple heel-rise exercise test
Who may not be able to join:
- You have had an amputation of part or all of either leg
- You have very severe PAD with extremely poor blood flow to your limbs (confirm with trial site)
- You use a wheelchair or need a walker to get around
- Your ability to walk is mainly limited by a condition other than PAD
- You currently have an open sore or ulcer on the bottom of your foot
- You are unable to complete a required warm-up period before the trial officially begins
- You have major surgery, a heart procedure, or a leg artery procedure planned in the next five months
- You have had major surgery, a heart procedure, a leg artery procedure, or a serious heart event in the past three months
- You have a serious medical condition such as a lung disease requiring oxygen, Parkinson's disease, a life expectancy of less than six months, or cancer treated in the past two years (some exceptions may apply — confirm with trial site)
- You scored below a certain level on a standard memory and thinking test (confirm with trial site)
- You are allergic to fisetin (a natural supplement being studied in this trial)
- You are currently taking fisetin or have taken it in the past three months
- You do not speak English

- You have a visual impairment that affects your ability to walk
- You are unable to walk at least 500 feet or walk more than 1,600 feet in a six-minute walking test
