Who might be able to join this trial:

Who may not be able to join:

• People who currently have another type of cancer at the same time
• People who have an active autoimmune disease, or a history of one (such as certain lung, eye, bowel, liver, thyroid, heart, or kidney conditions caused by the immune system) — though people with thyroid conditions that are well controlled with hormone replacement may still be considered
• People who have a severe, uncontrolled illness affecting major body systems (such as the heart, lungs, kidneys, nervous system, or others), or who have a serious mental health condition
• People who have had a serious heart or brain event in the past 6 months, such as heart failure, heart attack, unstable chest pain, severe irregular heartbeat, stroke, or brain bleed
• People with a weakened immune system from birth or due to a condition such as HIV, or who have active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection at levels above certain thresholds
• People who are allergic to or cannot tolerate the study medication
• People whom the trial doctor considers unsuitable for the study for any other reason
