Who might be able to join this trial:
- You speak and understand English fluently
- You identify as Black/African-American or White/European-American
- You are between 50 and 70 years old
- You are not pregnant and have not had a menstrual period for at least the past year
- You have normal vision and hearing, or vision and hearing that is fully corrected (for example, with glasses or hearing aids)
- You have reliable access to a WiFi internet connection
- You have an email account that you check on a regular basis

- You are willing to provide blood and urine samples at two visits to the study location
- You are willing to spend up to 50 minutes per day on study activities for 10 weeks, plus attend two in-person visits
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a condition that would make it difficult to do breathing exercises, such as an irregular heartbeat or difficulty breathing (confirm with trial site)
- You have a problem with memory or thinking that affects your daily life
- You have regularly played Lumosity brain-training games in the past 6 months
- You have certain metal implants, devices, or objects in or on your body that make an MRI scan unsafe, including any of the following:
- A cardiac pacemaker or implanted heart device
- An aneurysm clip, neurostimulator, or other device implanted in your brain or nervous system
- An insulin pump or other internal infusion device
- A cochlear implant or other ear implant or tubes
- An artificial limb, joint, or other implant held in place by a magnet
- A heart valve replacement or other heart implant
- Stents, filters, shunts, or catheters inside your body
- An IUD (intrauterine device)
- A skin patch (such as nicotine, birth control, or heart medication patches) that cannot be removed for the scan
- Shrapnel, bullets, or metal fragments anywhere in your body
- Tattooed eyeliner or eyebrows
- Body piercings that cannot be removed for the scan
- A wig, toupee, or hair implants involving staples or metal that cannot be removed for the scan
- Hearing aids, dentures, or retainers that cannot be removed for the scan
- Surgical staples, wire sutures, bone screws, pins, plates, or rods inside your body
- Any other metal objects, implants, or electrodes in or on your body (confirm with trial site)
- You have claustrophobia (fear of enclosed spaces)
- You have ever worked in a job or hobby that involved grinding metal, or have had a metal injury to your eye
