- You are the main caregiver for someone with dementia who lives at home (not in a care facility)
- You provide at least 10 hours of care per week for that person
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You are fluent in English
- Both you and the person you care for live in or can easily get to one of these areas: New York City (NY), Long Island (NY), Westchester County (NY), Seattle (WA), or Los Angeles (CA)

- You own a smartphone and know how to use it
- You are willing and able to agree to take part in the full 6-week study
- You do not have any memory or thinking problems that affect your daily life (as reported by yourself)
Who may not be able to join:
- You are not the main caregiver for someone with dementia living at home
- The person you care for lives in a care home, assisted living facility, or nursing home
- You are under 18 years of age
- You are not fluent in English
- You or the person you care for lives outside of, or cannot easily travel to, the listed cities/areas
- You provide fewer than 10 hours of care per week
- You have been providing care for less than 6 months
- You do not have internet access or are unable to use the internet
- You do not own a smartphone or are unable to use one
- You are not willing or able to commit to the full 6-week study
- You report having memory or thinking difficulties of your own
