  • You provide fewer than 10 hours of care per week
  • You have been providing care for less than 6 months
  • You do not have internet access or are unable to use the internet
  • You do not own a smartphone or are unable to use one
  • You are not willing or able to commit to the full 6-week study
  • You report having memory or thinking difficulties of your own
