Who might be able to join this trial:

• Adults, or teenagers aged 12 to 17 years old who weigh at least 40 kg, at the time of enrollment
• People who have been clinically diagnosed with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (a serious form of eczema) at the time of enrollment
• People for whom a doctor has prescribed a medicine called upadacitinib (UPA) for their atopic dermatitis, in line with the approved prescribing guidelines in China
• People whose doctor made the decision to prescribe upadacitinib before and separately from any involvement in this study
• People who have not previously been treated with upadacitinib
• People who are willing and able to complete patient questionnaires and daily records using smartphone apps
• People (or, for teenagers, their legal guardian) who have voluntarily signed a consent form before any study activities begin

Who may not be able to join:

• People who are currently taking part in another clinical intervention study (note: participation in non-interventional studies, observational studies, or registries does not count as an exclusion)
• People where the investigating doctor believes certain circumstances may prevent the person from fully participating in or following the study procedures (confirm with trial site)
