  • Adults, or teenagers aged 12 to 17 years old who weigh at least 40 kg, at the time of enrollment

  • People who are currently taking part in another clinical intervention study (note: participation in non-interventional studies, observational studies, or registries does not count as an exclusion)
  • People where the investigating doctor believes certain circumstances may prevent the person from fully participating in or following the study procedures (confirm with trial site)
