Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have been diagnosed with at least one of the following: ovarian cancer (epithelial type), pancreatic cancer (exocrine type), prostate cancer that has spread or is considered high or very high risk, breast cancer diagnosed at age 50 or younger, breast cancer in both breasts, triple negative breast cancer, or breast cancer if you are male
- OR you are a healthcare provider who treats patients with any of the cancer types listed above
- You are able to read and write in English or Spanish
- You are able to give your informed agreement to take part in the study
Who may not be able to join:
- You are not able to give your informed agreement to take part in the study
- You are unable to see, read, or write
- You have one of the qualifying cancer diagnoses but do not speak English or Spanish
- You do not have any of the cancer diagnoses or characteristics listed above (for patients)
- You are a healthcare provider but do not treat cancer patients
