Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older
- People who have been diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukaemia in the chronic phase (CML-CP)
- For Part A of the trial: People who have previously been treated with at least two approved targeted therapy drugs (called TKIs) for their condition
- For Part B of the trial: People who have a specific gene change called the T315I mutation, detected at the screening stage

- People who have previously been treated with a drug called olverembatinib, or who are known or suspected to have an allergy or sensitivity to it or any of its ingredients
- People who have previously been treated with a drug called bosutinib, or who are known or suspected to have an allergy or sensitivity to it or any of its ingredients
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
