Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who are already eating within a window of less than 11 hours per day on 3 or more days per week.
- People who score 9 or below on a standard memory and thinking test (MMSE), or who have been diagnosed with severe dementia by a doctor.
- People whom the trial investigator believes should not participate for any reason related to their wellbeing.
- People who take prescription medications twice a day that must be taken with food.
