Who might be able to join this trial:
- Children and teenagers who are older than 6 months and up to 18 years of age

- The patient's overall health has seriously declined, requiring emergency intensive care or a special life-support machine called ECMO
- A specific measurement comparing blood pressure in the lungs to blood pressure in the rest of the body is below a certain level (confirm with trial site)
- For children aged 8 and older: unable to walk at least 150 meters in a six-minute walking test
- No meaningful improvement in heart function was seen after trying a combination of three medications
