For stroke patients:
- People who have had their first-ever stroke affecting the brain
- People who are able to walk for at least 10 minutes with some level of assistance or independently
- People who have some weakness or reduced movement in one or both arms as a result of their stroke
For healthy volunteers (people without a stroke):
- People who are older than 18 years of age
- People who are able to walk for at least 10 minutes

- People who have other neurological conditions (conditions affecting the brain or nervous system) in addition to their stroke
