  • You have a gut or digestive condition that may not be suitable for this study (confirm with trial site)
  • You are a current smoker
  • You regularly drink more than 2 alcoholic drinks per day (where one drink equals 150ml of wine, 340ml of beer or cider, or 45ml of spirits)
  • You have been taking medicines to lower cholesterol or control blood pressure for less than 3 years
  • You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant in the next 6 months
  • You are unwilling to stop using your eczema treatments (such as creams or tablets) during the study
  • You have a personal or professional relationship with a member of the research team
  • You are currently taking part in another clinical trial
  • You have blindness in one or both eyes, an eye disease, have had eye surgery, or have another eye condition that could affect the study results (confirm with trial site)
  • Results from a specific eye measurement test taken at your screening visit are not of good enough quality (confirm with trial site)
