Group 1 – Systemic Sclerosis patients:

- You agree to take part in the study

- You are enrolled in the French national healthcare insurance program
Group 3 – Healthy volunteers:
- You meet the standard requirements to donate blood under French regulations (as of January 2022)
- You have no history of autoimmune, chronic inflammatory, or chronic metabolic conditions
- You have no current or past history of cancer
- You have not taken anti-inflammatory medicines or steroids in the last 15 days
- You have not had any infection or acute inflammatory illness in the last 15 days
- You agree to take part in the study
Who may not be able to join:
- You are under 18 years old
- You are legally protected or considered a vulnerable person under the law (confirm with trial site)
- You do not agree to take part after being given full information about the study
- You have had an infection or sudden inflammatory illness in the 15 days before joining the study
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
