Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People aged 18 to 69 years, of any gender
  • People diagnosed with Peripheral T-cell lymphoma (a type of blood cancer) according to specific 2016 medical guidelines, whose disease either came back after initially responding to standard chemotherapy (including after a stem cell transplant), did not respond well enough to standard chemotherapy, or who are not suitable for or have chosen not to have their own stem cells transplanted back into them — excluding a specific subtype called ALK+ anaplastic large cell lymphoma

  • People who are reasonably active and able to care for themselves, rated 0–2 on a standard medical fitness scale

  • People who are willing and able to understand the study and sign a consent form

Who may not be able to join:

  • People with Peripheral T-cell lymphoma that does not meet the specific definitions of relapsed or treatment-resistant disease
  • People who are unwilling to have a donor stem cell transplant
  • People who have had a different cancer (other than certain blood cancers) within the past 5 years, unless it was certain well-treated skin cancers, early-stage cervical cancer, or a fully treated localised prostate cancer
  • People who score 3 or higher on the standard medical fitness scale mentioned above
  • People who score 3 or higher on the transplant health-risk scale mentioned above
  • People with serious unstable health conditions, such as unstable chest pain, a stroke or mini-stroke in the past 3 months, a heart attack in the past 3 months, significant heart failure, serious heart rhythm problems, or serious liver, kidney, or lung blood pressure problems
  • People with an active, uncontrolled infection
  • People living with HIV
  • People with active hepatitis B or hepatitis C that requires antiviral treatment
  • People with a history of autoimmune disease (conditions where the immune system attacks the body)
  • People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • People who are able to have children but are unwilling to use contraception during treatment and for 12 months afterwards
