Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older (any gender)
- You have been diagnosed with Type 1 Autoimmune Pancreatitis (a condition where the immune system attacks the pancreas) and are considered at high risk of it coming back, based on specific blood test results or the way the disease affects your body (confirm with trial site)

- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding

- You have a history of mental illness
- You have a known allergy to the treatment being studied
- You have been diagnosed with cancer
- You currently have an active infection such as hepatitis or tuberculosis
- You have a serious, hard-to-control health condition such as severe heart failure or breathing failure
- You have taken steroids or immune-suppressing medications for any other illness within the past 3 months
