Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer (specifically a type called adenocarcinoma) that has spread to other parts of the body, and who have not previously received treatment for the spread of cancer (except for hormone therapy started no more than 4–6 months before a chemotherapy drug called docetaxel)
- People who have been treated with docetaxel (a chemotherapy), a specific type of hormone-blocking drug (called an ARPI), and/or radiation therapy to the prostate, combined with hormone therapy, as part of standard care or a special access program, with treatment starting between January 2015 and December 2027
- People whose medical records (from hospital stays and/or outpatient visits) are available for the trial team to review and collect health information from
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose prostate cancer has been identified as a type other than adenocarcinoma
- People who have received more than one course of hormone-blocking therapy (ADT) for prostate cancer that has spread but is still responding to hormone treatment
- People who have received docetaxel (chemotherapy) or certain hormone-blocking drugs (called ARTAs) specifically for prostate cancer that has stopped responding to hormone therapy
