Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with a specific stage of COPD (called GOLD B), meaning they have had no more than one flare-up (worsening of symptoms) in the year before joining the study

- People who are already being treated with a combination of three specific types of inhaled medications together (a combination of an inhaled steroid, and two types of bronchodilators)
- People who are in the final stages of a terminal illness
