You have been diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) — a type of high blood pressure affecting the lungs

You have had a surgical opening created in your abdomen for waste to leave your body (an ileostomy or colostomy)
You are taking certain medications that suppress your immune system, such as high-dose steroids (prednisone 20mg or more per day), methotrexate, azathioprine, certain biologic drugs, or JAK inhibitors (confirm with trial site for the full list)
Your blood test shows a very low level of a type of infection-fighting white blood cell called neutrophils
You have previously had an organ transplant or bone marrow transplant
You are expected to need antibiotics frequently, for example due to recurring urinary tract infections or sinus infections
You have a history of a severe, life-threatening allergic reaction to food
You have a history of celiac disease (a digestive condition triggered by gluten)
