Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are a woman aged 18 to 70 years old who has not yet received treatment for breast cancer
  • You have a good general level of health and are able to carry out daily activities with little or no limitation (confirm with trial site)
  • You have been diagnosed with HER2-positive (hormone receptor negative) or triple-negative invasive breast cancer at an early stage, where the cancer has not spread to the lymph nodes
  • Your heart is pumping blood well, with a heart function score of 50% or above
  • Your heart's electrical activity (measured by an ECG) is within an acceptable range
  • Your blood and organ function (including liver and kidneys) meet specific healthy levels as measured by blood tests (confirm with trial site)
  • If you have not gone through menopause or had surgery to prevent pregnancy, you must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for at least 2 months after your last dose
  • You are willing to sign a consent form, follow the study rules, and attend follow-up appointments

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have a type of breast cancer called inflammatory breast cancer
  • Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic cancer)
  • You have had or currently have another type of cancer that could affect your safety in this study
  • You currently have an active infection that requires treatment with medicine
  • You have taken any of the study medications within the 14 days before joining
  • You have had major surgery (not including a biopsy) within the 14 days before joining
