Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older
- People who have been diagnosed with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer, confirmed by a tissue test (this means the cancer tests negative for oestrogen receptors, progesterone receptors, and HER2)
- People whose doctor estimates they have a life expectancy of more than 6 months
- People who are about to start their first treatment for metastatic breast cancer (using an approved, marketed therapy)

- People who are willing and able to fill in regular online self-reported questionnaires throughout the study, across multiple treatment stages
- People who have access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection
- People who have signed a written consent form before joining the study (if physically unable to sign, a trusted representative — not the investigator or study sponsor — may sign on their behalf)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are already participating in another clinical trial that uses remote digital health monitoring
- People whose doctor determines they are physically or psychologically unable to use the digital monitoring app used in this study (called Cureety Techcare)
- People who are currently under a legal protective arrangement, such as guardianship or protective custody, or who are detained
