Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with treatment-resistant schizophrenia (a form of schizophrenia that has not responded to standard treatments) and are currently taking the medication clozapine.
- People aged between 18 and 60 years old, of any sex.
- People whose resting heart rate is above 100 beats per minute at the start of the trial.

- People who have a serious medical or neurological condition alongside their psychiatric diagnosis.
