Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are male and between 18 and 80 years old
- Your PSA blood test result is between 4 and 10 ng/ml (a measure of a protein linked to prostate health)
- You are already scheduled to have a prostate biopsy, AND at least one of the following applies: a specific ratio of your PSA measurements is below a certain level, your PSA is high relative to your prostate size, your PSA has been rising quickly over time, your doctor felt something abnormal during a rectal exam, or an ultrasound or MRI scan showed a suspicious area on your prostate (confirm with trial site for exact measurements)
Who may not be able to join:
- You have been diagnosed with any cancer in the past 5 years

- You have previously received any treatment for prostate cancer, including hormone therapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy
- You regularly take blood-thinning or anti-clotting medications, or you stopped taking them less than one week ago
- You have received any cancer treatment — including surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, hormone therapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy — before the blood sample for this trial is taken
- You have another serious ongoing illness (such as a severe heart, lung, nerve, mental health, digestive, hormonal, immune, or kidney condition) that the trial doctor believes could interfere with the study
- You have had an organ transplant, or have received a bone marrow or stem cell transplant from another person
- You received a blood transfusion within one month before your blood sample is taken
- You are currently in another clinical trial, or finished one less than one year ago
- The trial doctor believes, for any reason, that the trial is not appropriate for you (confirm with trial site)
