Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older, of any gender
- Before your illness began, your general health and quality of life were quite good, but your current health and quality of life are noticeably lower (measured using a standard health score — confirm exact numbers with trial site)
- You have been diagnosed with one of the following conditions only:
- Long COVID: You had a confirmed or suspected COVID-19 infection at least 3 months before contacting the study team, and a doctor has formally diagnosed you with Long COVID
- Post-Treatment Lyme Disease Syndrome (PTLDS): You have been diagnosed with Lyme disease based on specific medical criteria — either a well-documented case (such as a confirmed rash, neurological symptoms, heart problems, or joint swelling, supported by lab tests), or a probable case (such as symptoms linked to Lyme disease with some supporting lab results or history of possible exposure) (confirm which category applies to you with the trial site)
- ME/CFS: You received a formal diagnosis of ME/CFS from a doctor before 2020, and you are still actively experiencing symptoms that meet recognised international criteria for ME/CFS at the time of screening
Who may not be able to join:
- You are currently taking blood-thinning or anti-clotting medications
- You have been diagnosed with an autoimmune condition (such as chronic Epstein-Barr virus, Multiple Sclerosis, or Hashimoto's Disease) that could affect immune system test results
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have a known allergy to earthworms (one of the study supplements is derived from earthworms)
- You have a personal medical history of a bleeding or clotting disorder
- You have a surgery planned during or immediately after the study period
