Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who speak Spanish and/or English (other languages may also be spoken in addition)
- People who identify as Hispanic and/or Latinx, or whose spouse or family member with progressive aphasia (PA) identifies as Hispanic and/or Latinx
- People who can see and hear well enough to take part in the study

For the language-led dementia support group (people with PA):
- People who have a diagnosis of progressive aphasia or language-led dementia, where language difficulties are a main challenge in daily life
- People who are aware of their language difficulties and are willing to talk about them
- People who are able to take part in group discussions and activities with minimal support
- People who are able to attend meetings regularly
- People who are willing to follow the group's respectful communication guidelines
For the care partner support group (people with PA and their care partners):
- People with a diagnosis of progressive aphasia or dementia where language difficulties are a main challenge in daily life
- People who have some ability to communicate and understand communication during training sessions
- People who are functionally able to take part in training sessions, such as being able to maintain some attention
- People who have a care partner who also agrees to participate
- Care partners who consider themselves a caregiver to someone with progressive aphasia or language-led dementia
- Care partners who are willing to discuss their caregiving experience, attend meetings regularly, and follow the group's respectful communication guidelines
Who may not be able to join:
- People who do not meet the inclusion criteria listed above
