  • People whose blood test results show significant abnormalities, as judged by the trial doctors.
  • People whose heart electrical activity test (ECG) shows an irregular heart rhythm or certain abnormal readings, including a specific measurement called QTcF that exceeds set limits (above 450 ms for males or above 470 ms for females), as determined by the trial doctors.
