Who might be able to join this trial:

• People diagnosed with a type of blood cancer called T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) or T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL), as defined by World Health Organization guidelines, where the cancer has come back, has not responded to treatment, or where testing shows remaining cancer cells (called MRD positive)
• People aged 6 months or older with organs that are functioning well enough to participate

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have previously received any treatment that targets a protein called CD7
• People who have a condition where red blood cells are breaking down faster than the body can replace them, and this is not well controlled (decompensated hemolytic anemia)
• People who have had a stem cell transplant and are experiencing moderate to severe transplant-related immune complications (known as graft-versus-host disease, or GvHD) that require whole-body medication to suppress the immune system — though mild cases or skin-only cases managed with creams or ointments may still be acceptable (confirm with trial site)
