Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are under 30 years of age
- You have been diagnosed with a disorder of sex development (a condition affecting how the reproductive or sexual organs develop) and there is a risk of cancer in your gonadal tissue (reproductive glands such as ovaries or testes), and you will be having those glands removed for medical reasons
- You have been diagnosed with a disorder of sex development and are at risk of your ovaries stopping working early due to an underlying genetic condition

- You are currently pregnant
- You are expected to keep your natural ability to have children and reproduce
- You have health conditions that make surgery too risky for you
- You are between 7 and 17 years old and are unable to give your agreement to participate due to significant mental health or cognitive (thinking and understanding) difficulties
- You are 18 or older and are unable to give your informed consent to participate due to significant mental health or cognitive difficulties

Efficacy, as Assessed via the Proportion of total samples containing viable gonadal tissue and/or the presence of germ cells, and the Proportion of total samples that were successfully cryopreserved for the patient's future use.; Safety, as Assessed via the Proportion of adverse events; Acceptability as a fertility preservation method, as Assessed via the survey responses by eligible patients and/or their guardians.; Level of demand
