Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with a specific type of T cell lymphoma that affects the lymph nodes, confirmed by a tissue sample, including types known as Angioimmunoblastic T cell lymphoma (AITL), follicular T cell lymphoma, or other related nodal T cell lymphomas with a TFH phenotype (confirm with trial site for exact classification)

- People who have previously received a bone marrow or stem cell transplant from a donor (allogeneic transplant) at any point, or who received their own stem cells back (autologous transplant) within the 60 days before the trial treatment would start
- People who have previously been treated with a type of drug known as a PI3K inhibitor
- People who received gemcitabine or bendamustine (the chemotherapy options being used in this trial) within the 60 days before the trial treatment would start
