Who might be able to join this trial:

Sub-Study 1 – Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) (a skin condition causing painful lumps):

• People who have been diagnosed with moderate-to-severe HS for at least 6 months before the study starts.
• People who have never received a biologic medication for HS, or who tried an anti-TNF biologic treatment for at least 12 weeks but did not respond well enough, or whose response wore off over time.

Sub-Study 2 – Atopic Dermatitis (AD) (eczema):

• People who have been diagnosed with moderate-to-severe AD with symptoms beginning at least 1 year before the study starts.
• People who have never received a biologic medication for AD, or who tried dupilumab for at least 8 weeks but did not respond well enough, or whose response wore off over time.

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have had any type of cancer in the last 5 years, except for certain skin cancers (non-melanoma skin cancer or a localised cervical carcinoma in situ) that were successfully treated.
• People who have an active skin disease — other than the condition being studied — that could interfere with assessments, including skin infections (such as bacterial, fungal, or viral infections) that required systemic (whole-body) treatment within 4 weeks of the study start date.
