• You have a condition that makes it very difficult or impossible for you to take part in memory and thinking tests
• You are unable to have an MRI scan (for example, due to having certain metal implants or a pacemaker — confirm with trial site)
• You have an intellectual disability or a mental developmental condition
• You are unwilling to have a blood sample taken
• You are unwilling to sign the consent form agreeing to take part in the trial
