Who might be able to join this trial:
For patients:
- Adults aged 18 or older, of any sex or gender
- People who are able to give their own consent to participate
- People who can read and understand English or Spanish
- People who have been diagnosed with breast, prostate, or colorectal cancer, have finished their main cancer treatment at least 6 months ago, and show no signs of the cancer still being present

- People who do not currently meet at least one of the American Cancer Society's healthy lifestyle guidelines — meaning they are either getting less than 150 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity per week, or not eating the recommended daily amounts of fruit and vegetables
- People who have access to the internet through a smartphone, tablet, or computer
- People who are willing to be randomly assigned to any group in the study
For healthcare providers (staff at the trial site):
- People who provide full- or part-time care in an oncology (cancer care) setting at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center
- People who regularly use the electronic medical record system for patient documentation
- People who are willing to take part in a 30–60 minute interview
Who may not be able to join:
- People under 18 years of age
- People who are unable to give their own consent
- People who cannot read or understand English or Spanish
- People whose doctor has determined that changing their diet or exercising would not be safe for them
- People who are already getting more than 150 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity per week on average
- People who are already meeting the American Cancer Society's full diet recommendations (enough vegetables, fruit, and whole grains, while limiting red meat, processed meats, sugary drinks, and highly processed foods)
- People who have a history of dementia or a major psychiatric condition that could interfere with taking part in the study
- People who have had a stroke, heart attack, or heart failure within the past year
- People whose physical functioning is significantly limited due to their cancer (confirm with trial site regarding how this is assessed)
- People with severe lymphedema (serious swelling, usually in the arms or legs), as determined by their doctor
- People who are currently receiving physical therapy treatment
