Who might be able to join this trial:
- People whose pathology confirms ovarian clear cell carcinoma (or a mixed tumour where clear cell carcinoma makes up at least 70% of the tumour), and who have at least one measurable lesion according to standard imaging criteria known as RECIST 1.1.
- People whose tumour tests positive for a protein called HER2 at a level of 1+ or higher on an IHC test.
- People who have not previously been treated for advanced disease, including those whose cancer progressed during chemotherapy after surgery, or those who received platinum-based chemotherapy before surgery but have not yet had surgery and whose cancer then progressed — provided no more than 2 prior lines of chemotherapy have been received in total.
- People whose cancer has come back, whether it responded to platinum chemotherapy or not, including those who could not tolerate platinum-based chemotherapy again due to side effects — provided no more than 2 lines of chemotherapy have been given since the cancer returned.
- People who have previously been treated with bevacizumab (a targeted cancer medicine).
- People whose blood counts meet minimum levels before treatment: white blood cells ≥3.0×10⁹/L, neutrophils ≥1.5×10⁹/L, platelets ≥100×10⁹/L, and haemoglobin ≥80 g/L.
- People whose liver and kidney function results are within acceptable ranges: liver enzymes (AST and ALT) no more than 2.5 times the upper limit of normal, bilirubin no more than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal, and creatinine no more than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal.
- People with a general health and activity level rated as 0 or 1 on a standard scale called the ECOG performance status (meaning fully active or able to carry out light activity).
- People who are willing and able to sign an informed consent form voluntarily.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have previously received immunotherapy treatments, including medicines that target PD-1, PD-L1, or CTLA-4, or who have had CAR-T cell therapy.
- People who have been diagnosed with another cancer in the past five years, except for skin cancer or thyroid cancer.
- People whose expected survival is 12 weeks or less.
- People with a known allergy to taxane-based medicines (a class of chemotherapy drugs).
- People who, based on a doctor's assessment, have medical reasons why they cannot safely receive immunotherapy and/or bevacizumab — such as uncontrolled infections, a gastrointestinal fistula, an autoimmune disease, active hepatitis, or active bleeding.
- People who are currently taking an experimental anti-cancer drug as part of another clinical trial.
- People with any unstable health condition or situation that could affect their safety or their ability to follow the trial's requirements.
