Who might be able to join this trial:
- Women between the ages of 18 and 45 who are in their reproductive years

- Women who are currently taking prescription weight-loss medications (such as GLP-1 receptor agonists, orlistat, or topiramate)
- Women who have previously had weight-loss surgery
- Women with a history of serious heart or stroke-related conditions; significant liver or kidney problems (based on specific blood test results); chronic or active inflammatory gut diseases; severe ongoing illness; or active cancer
- Women whose excess weight is caused by another medical condition, such as a hormonal or brain-related disorder, or long-term use of steroid medications
- Women with a known history of serious hormonal (endocrine) disorders
- Women with eating disorders or severe mental health conditions — such as binge eating disorder, anorexia nervosa, or severe anxiety or depression — that may make it difficult to follow a planned diet
- Women who are unable to attend follow-up appointments, or who the research team considers unlikely to cooperate with the study requirements
